SHIFAH®, formerly SXCGLO, is a British halal skincare and haircare brand built on one belief: skincare should be formulated to work.
Inspired by faith, guided by nature, and backed by modern cosmetic science, we create multi-active formulations designed to help improve the appearance of pigmentation, blemishes, dry skin, sensitive skin, uneven skin tone, dark circles, ageing skin and compromised skin barriers.

The story behind SHIFAH®
Doctors said she was scarred for life. They were wrong.
SHIFAH® was founded by Farnaz Khan after suffering severe hyperpigmentation caused by third-degree facial burns following a beauty treatment that went wrong. Doctors told her she was fortunate not to lose her eyesight.
Determined to rebuild her skin and confidence, Farnaz searched extensively for products that truly worked. Instead, she found formulas that were often too harsh for damaged skin, contained unnecessary ingredients, lacked potency, or came with premium price tags without delivering meaningful results.
That experience inspired a mission to create skincare that combines carefully selected active ingredients with gentle, skin-friendly formulations suitable for everyday use.

These donations are made with the intention of benefiting our customers, in memory of Farnaz’s father, and for all the deceased.
A legacy of giving
Serving others has always been part of Farnaz’s life.
Over the years she has supported grassroots projects helping families in poverty, funded wheelchairs for people with disabilities, and mentored young people in schools, colleges, universities and local communities.
Following the loss of her father to COVID-19 in 2020, Farnaz organised and funded the distribution of thousands of food packs and wheelchairs across the UK, Africa, Asia and the Middle East.
Today, that legacy continues through every SHIFAH® purchase.
